Dale Forshey, Executive Director
Dale graduated from Elizabethtown College with a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Business. He spent twenty-nine years of his career at The Hershey Company in the Information Services department. But in 2021, Dale felt the nudge to shift gears into a part-time role. Not long after, the Executive Director position at Love INC of Greater Hershey opened, and Dale recognized that God was inviting him to step into this new opportunity. If you ask him about this today, he will simply ask you: “What could be better than doing something that you love with great Christian people and serving God at the same time?” All of the skills Dale learned in his prior position have prepared him to lead the Love INC team.
Dale attends Grace United Methodist and has been active as a youth leader and musician in the praise band and bell choir. Dale enjoys camping, yard work, and spending time with his grandkids.
Dale is a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Hummelstown.

Michelle Miduri, Director of Operations
Michelle has been with Love INC of Greater Hershey since St. Patrick’s Day 2014. She has worked in various capacities and is currently the full-time Director of Operations which includes the day-to-day operations of Love INC of Greater Hershey, working with volunteers to evaluate needs and provide referrals to applicable resources, coordinating ministry volunteers, managing Love INC ministries and outreaches with the exception of the Parsonage Ministry, Homes of Hope transitional housing program. Michelle is also the Affiliate Database Liaison and Support Specialist for Love INC National.
For fun, Michelle enjoys spending time with her adult children, Cory and Madi, visiting with her siblings when schedules permit, and soaking up the sun albeit not without SPF 1000+ sunscreen.

Julie Wetzel, Fundraising + Marketing Manager
Julie is responsible for all aspects of funding income and communications outside of Love INC. She leads fundraising events, is responsible for procuring grant funding, and building relationships with Love INC supporters. Julie also curates Love INC’s social media presence and organization awareness within the community.
After an eighteen-year career as an athletic trainer, Julie took time off to volunteer in several capacities while caring for her family. She serves as the founder and president of Capital Crush, a local non-profit travel softball organization. Julie has served as the Director of VBS at her church, a substitute teacher, bookkeeper & hosted an exchange student from Chile. She & her husband Michael have been married have one adult daughter, Cora.
Julie loves to spend time with her family, travel, craft, crochet and is an avid audiobook listener.
Julie is a member of GraceLife Church in Annville.
Robert Krubitzer, Parsonage Manager
Bob served as a volunteer house manager at the Spring Creek Parsonage for over 10 years before taking on the position of Parsonage Manager. In this capacity, he oversees the daily leadership and ministry operations for both the Spring Creek and Union Deposit parsonages. Bob leads the team of volunteer house managers and housekeepers, ensuring smooth building operations. Additionally, he connects with social workers, care coordinators and chaplains at Penn State Health to provide information for potential guests of the parsonages.
Born and raised in the Wilkes-Barre Scranton area, Bob enlisted in the US Army, where he was stationed in Holland and Belgium during his four-year term. After his military service, Bob moved to Harrisburg and embarked on a thirty-year career as a Commonwealth employee.
In his spare time, Bob is an avid golf and classic car enthusiast. He also enjoys spending time with his two adult children and grandchild.
Bob is a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Hershey.
